EMDR eye movement decinitization rehabilitaion. (dont ask me if any of that is spelled right LOL)

any way its for people that have been through tramatic thinks like abuse, and stuff. but any way its supposed to retrain your body/mind that when memories or subjects come up that scare you becuase of what happend to not be afraid type of thing.

but I dont really like it becuase of how it makes me feel usualy im really dizzy when its over and I get a horrible headache. there is several ways to do it.

1 watching a light go back and forth across a bar.

2 listening to alternate beeps in each ear so like there will be one beeb in your left then your right.

3) holding a little thing in each hand that vibrates (that is what I did today and ya that really brought up memories for what ever reason)

4) same things as with the light only the other person moves there hand back and forth that you fallow with your eyes.

ya but i may not do it any more becuase your suppose to have someone else drive and with the way i feel after wards there is no way I will be able to drive and there is no one to take me.

ya its a little strange but any way I dought im going to do any more of it. because for me to start feeling better it takes about 1 day and ya I dont have 1 day to sit around a doctors ofice for hours.
