My goal is to get healthy. I honestly eat a diet of 90% junk food. And I eat TONS. So my goal is to get healthy. I already exercise a lot so I want to just maintain that but I'm really working hard on getting my diet healthy. I also would like to lose 10 lbs so I'm hopin that by eating better I'll be able to drop the pounds.

I'm doin good so far! I weighed myself a few days ago and I had lost 2 lbs already.

I dont like any vegetable. Thats why its so hard for me, because I gag on vegetables and whole grains and beef. And I hate 2 foods mixed in my mouth so no sandwiches. I know its probably a whole lot of mind over matter but I really do gag on it and feel I physically cant swallow it.
