This is my goal, for at least the month of April. Hopefully it'll last me a LONG time though Food/DrinkVegetables and Fruit---7 servings/day Grain Products---6 servings/day Milk and Alternatives---3-4 servings/day Meat and Alternatives---2 servings/day That's reccomended for my age and gender by Canada's Food Guide. Physical ActivityBuild up to 90 minutes/day, and include aerobics/endurances, strength training and flexibility. GO TO THE GYM. Hygene(I'm doing this stuff already, most of the time, but I really want to stick with it. Sometimes, if I'm lazy, I'll be like "...I don't want to brush my teeth..." ) Brush teeth at least 3 times a day Floss every night before bed Wash face with cleanser at least 2 times a day Shower at least every other day Use deoderant instead of anti-persperant School/HomeworkComplete assigned homework ON TIME and work hard in class Fill out agenda regularly ;D

Woah, this is creepy.
I decided today that I should look at this again (it didn't work last year, haha) and it's been almost exactly a year since I wrote it.
