I've decided to do 200 crunches a day to get a nice stomach. Like not a six pack- but jsut a little toning. right now my stomachs flat so I jsut want it a little definied. I'll tell you all how it goes.

haha about a few months ago I did 200 for like 2 weeks then gave up.
So far I forgot about my goal so instead of yesterday, I'll start tonight

if I were you instead of going right to 200 I would start out a little slower so you muscels will get use to it and you dont get to sore. like for the first few days start out with 50-75 then keep increasing every so often until you reach 200

Yeah, love the idea! If you do 200 sit ups without warming up your muscles then you're gonna feel really sick after. Like, when I first came to my new school, PE(still haven't got used to it) is so long and we have to do so much. I feel sick after class. Good thing its only once a week. But I'm going to try and exercise more so I get used to it. Not saying im not fit but im not used to that much exercise..
